We recently had the RainSoft system installed in our home and
we are most pleased.
Our expectations were exceeded by your service. The system was installed very promptly (within
24 hours after the paperwork). We were very impressed.
The salesman, Steve Michalkiewicz, was very helpful,
courteous and friendly. He answered all
our questions to our satisfaction. The
installer, Dan Crane, was equally knowledgeable and experienced. He definitely
“went beyond the call of duty” We recently purchased a new refrigerator with
the ice and water dispensers in the door.
However, we (being laypersons) had not been able to hook it up to the
water line ourselves. Mr. Crane connected it for us!
We began seeing a noticeable improvement in the quality of
our water almost immediately. Our Drinking water tastes so much better. Our
skin and hair feels cleaner and softer. Even our laundry is cleaner and softer.
We certainly would not hesitate to recommend your system to our family and
friends.
