I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how please we are with the RainSoft Water Treatment System that was installed in our home recently.

Prior to the installation of the RainSoft System, the tap water had a distinctive chlorinated taste and odor.  Additionally, dishes and laundry were often left with residual soap deposits from ineffective rinsing due to the excessive hardness of the water.

Within approximately one week after installation of the Rainsoft System, there was no detectable odor or taste in our drinking water.  Our dishes and laundry were the cleanest they had ever been.

In my honest opinion, I consider the Rainsoft Water Treatment System one of the best investments I have mad as a homeowner. I would highly recommend this system to anyone interested in improving the quality of the water in their home.

Since receiving your equipment, we wish to comment on our satisfaction of your installation and the quality of your product.  During installation, the piping in our basement posed some initial problems.  But the installers were very efficient in determining the requirements to attach your equipment to our piping system.

 

During the last month, we have noticed a significant improvement in the quality of the water for drinking and cleaning.  The reduction in cleaning products has been very noticeable.  Even our cleaning service employees remarked about the efficiency of the RainSoft system while using the cleaning materials that you supplied.  They also mentioned that they liked the pleasant aroma of the “Resource” cleaner.

 

The taste of the water is noticeably improved.  All beverages made with water (hot tea and iced tea) taste so much better and there are no stains or sediment on the containers.  We also feel better knowing the health benefits of drinking clean, soft, pure water.

Thank you for taking time to explain the benefits of the RainSoft system with our family.  After hearing and seeing difference in the way that the system would benefit our family, we had no problem in making our decision to purchase the system.  I’m happy to say that we are enjoying all the advantages of having clean water in our home.

Our drinks taste much better.  We use less coffee and tea.  Cleaning is much easier, no more ring around the tub, no soap scum, and no more scrubbing.  We cleaned crayon off our front door easily and without chemicals.  Skin is much softer, even after shaving. We are also using less detergent and cleaners.

I‘m writing to let you know how much we are enjoying our new water system.  When my friends come to visit, everyone has a taste of my drinking water and they all notice the difference. I knew I wanted clean, healthy water to drink. But I didn’t expect the many other benefits that I would enjoy. Besides clean, sparkling, tasty water, one of the fun things I discovered while washing my hair was that I heard that squeaky clean sound when I rinsed my hair.  I remembered that sound from my childhood when water was a lot cleaner coming out of the faucet. We’re using less detergent, less shampoo, less cleaning products, and at the same time getting cleaner dishes, Cleaner floors and cleaner clothes.  That sticky feeling after mopping my kitchen floor is gone.  Also I have noticed stains on clothes are removed beautifully. I also wanted to thank your company for there prompt response whenever I had a problem or a question. We are not only enjoying pure water, we’re enjoying peace of mind.
