It is my great delight to send this letter and tell you what a wonderful product you have brought into our new home. I can honestly say that, aside from having the house itself, RainSoft is the best thing that has happened to us in the past year.
 
My wife and I moved to Delaware with our daughter Genna in search of home ownership and the security it brings. We took this place in a new state where we knew no one, due to the financial advantages and pleasant surroundings we observed here. We had not one dollar to spare, but we could just make budget, we calculated, and it was time to get a house. We knew that all our friends who warned us about the things we would discover in any new home were right, and all manner of things did go wrong, from wallpaper to windows to decks. But we honestly never suspected the water. Coming from New York, where the Croton Reservoir provides some of the best municipal supply in the nation, we had become quite accustomed to trusting what came from our tap.
 
For all its fine aspects, Delaware is poorly ranked in this regard. There were days when you couldn’t get your face close to a glass of water; the smell of the chlorine was that powerful.  We started to buy bottled water at once, though it pained me to think of the extra cost, plus the hassle lugging home those giant containers every week. But water isn’t just something to drink of course.  On two occasions in the first eight months, water main breaks and “routine flushing” caused brown water, utterly ruining a load of white clothes for my wife’s craft-business.  We cringed whenever we put Genna in the tub. But we never suspected there was anything we could do about it, with our finances being so tight.
 
Frankly, we agreed to let Randy come out to demonstrate for us only because of the offer that came attached.  We figured we had nothing to lose. This man very kindly, intelligently and quickly scared me half to death!!! After only a few minutes, I had the sinking feeling that, even though we simply could not afford it, we would need to take the RainSoft system anyway. Then he began to talk about what we would save, and I was convinced we had to try it.

We are writing this letter to thank you for the tremendous RainSoft water system that you installed in our home several weeks ago.  With three young children, we are very concerned about the safety of the water they drink. With cancer rates as high as they are in Delaware, anything we can do to make things safer for our family is very important to us.  In addition to the peace of mind that comes with knowing the water is safe now, we have the added luxury of soft hair and skin, and of using less soap and detergents. Your environmentally safe products enable us to feel like we are doing something positive of the environment as well.
The RainSoft water treatment system you sell is valuable enough to sell itself. However, the service that we have received from your company should be commended. I needed to call your office immediately after the system was installed regarding several questions, and they are handled immediately, professionally, and courteously, we needed to purchase salt bricks sooner then we anticipated, and you had them in stock and available. You also sent someone over the next day to check the system because it had used up the salt a couple of weeks too quickly. We would have just assumed it was the volume of water we used. However, you took the initiative to check the system and adjust it.  This is truly high quality service- the kind that is all too often lacking in today’s world.
Again, we thank you for the water treatment system, and for the quality of your company and employees. We would be happy to speak to any customers about your system.

This letter is being sent to you to express our satisfaction with our RainSoft system.  We had our system installed about one month ago and we cannot believe the difference with our water.  It is absolutely wonderful.  There is definitely a huge difference with the taste and the smell.  I personally have noticed a huge difference when I shower. My skin used to be so dry before the RainSoft system was installed-but now it isn’t.
We are very pleased with the cleaning products too! The soap, window cleaner, and shampoo, etc, are great!!
My husband and I are very pleased with our decision to do the system installation. We have told our friends and family about the system and how pleased we are.  We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

In December 1999, we moved into our beautiful new house in Oxford PA.  Within weeks, we realized that the water quality was less than optional.  Rust stains were present in our sinks, toilets, showers and bath tub.  In our culture, we have grown to expect a bath to be a relaxing pleasant experience but discovering brown particles floating in the water tends to make the bath a chore to endure rather than a relaxing moment in a busy day.  In addition, we noticed our white clothes were becoming grey and dingy.  Worst of all, we knew that we had to do something when we realized that we never drank a glass of water straight from the kitchen tap because the water had an unpleasant taste and odor.
In May 2001, we heard of RainSoft and called for a free consultation and test of our water quality.  We were pleased with the information given us by Brandon Kittlitz and we had the system connected the very next day.
One month after we had the Rain Soft system connected, the rust stains were significantly decreased.  We use much less detergent to wash our clothes and our clothes now look much brighter and cleaner.  Best of all however, we now have cleaner, tastier water for drinking and cooking and we actually drink water right out of the kitchen tap.  There are other benefits that I have not even mentioned, one of them would include, the long term protection of our plumbing and our water heater.  Overall, we are very happy with the RainSoft System and we would recommend it to anyone.

I am writing this letter to tell you about our experiences with your product. At first, when your representative came to test our water, they told us about all the wonderful things that soft water would do for us. It was hard to believe that soft water was going to make things great. However, we thought that we would try it.
The water softener was installed. After several visits to correct some problems, we started to really see a difference in many things. I especially realized these differences when I had to go away for 3 days and did not have the soft water.
The first difference has been that our skin is not dry. It doesn’t turn white when you scratch. Our hands are smoother. Our hair also has felt the benefit of your product. It is shinier and cleaner.
I’ve also noticed a difference in our clothes. The white seem whiter and the colors seem brighter. The stains disappear better. The towels and other clothes feel softer.
My husband and sons have kidney stones. They all felt better because they are not passing stones or gravel as previously. We hope that this soft water is helping, because they have not had x-rays to check.
I also have to say that we are using much less soap, detergent, and cleaning substances. The soft water makes them work better with less.
The one thing that I’m having a problem with is removing stains from my rugs that the cats have left. I’m still working on that though.
We would definitely recommend that other families purchase this product. We are very happy with it when it is working properly. We would also like to say that the people who have been in contact with us have been very pleasant.
