I was very skeptical about having RainSoft come in my home and do a test of my water.  I knew that they would of course find something “wrong” with my water and try to sell me a system.  However after seeing the demo, tasting the water, feeling how soft it felt on my skin and watching how it took mud stains out of my carpet with just a bit of dabbing I was sold.  We are saving money monthly by not using as much soap in cleaning our clothes, bodies and dishes.  The greatest benefit of RainSoft is to our health.  We are now drinking healthy, clean and pure water.  Because the water tastes so great we are now more inclined to drink more of it instead of things like sodas.

 

I highly recommend the system you will see results within two weeks because the changes are so great.  Thanks to RainSoft I don’t have to worry about what is in my drinking water anymore.

Since receiving your equipment, we wish to comment on our satisfaction of your installation and the quality of your product.  During installation, the piping in our basement posed some initial problems.  But the installers were very efficient in determining the requirements to attach your equipment to our piping system.

 

During the last month, we have noticed a significant improvement in the quality of the water for drinking and cleaning.  The reduction in cleaning products has been very noticeable.  Even our cleaning service employees remarked about the efficiency of the RainSoft system while using the cleaning materials that you supplied.  They also mentioned that they liked the pleasant aroma of the “Resource” cleaner.

 

The taste of the water is noticeably improved.  All beverages made with water (hot tea and iced tea) taste so much better and there are no stains or sediment on the containers.  We also feel better knowing the health benefits of drinking clean, soft, pure water.

What a tremendous difference we have all felt since our new water system was installed.  Max, our family dog,  has always had a problem with dry skin and with controlling his bowels due to a reaction to tap water.  We had to purchase bottled water in order to keep the accidents to a minimum.  Now with the RainSoft system he doesn’t itch as much and no more accidents!

 

The humans of the house have also enjoyed the new water.  It definitely tastes better which means more water is consumed and less sodas.  We have noticed the considerable decrease in the amount of soaps and detergents used in washing clothes, dishes, and ourselves.  One of my personal favorites is the fact that shaving is a lot more comfortable.

We have been using the “RainSoft Water Treatment System” for more than four years.  We originally purchased the product because we were expecting our first children (twins) and we wanted to assure that the water quality in our home was healthy. We also believed that a water filtration system would prevent deterioration to the boiler and plumbing of the whole house.  We have continued to use and enjoy the system as our children have grown.  We especially enjoy the extra faucet attached to the kitchen sink which allows us to have a special “drinking fountain” (a favorite of our children)

 

Owning this system was of particular importance to us this year.  This past summer hurricane Floyd and several other hurricanes and tropical storms caused tremendous devastation.  Many people in the US including communities nearby to us experienced flooding and resulting sanitation problems.  Many municipalities could not adequately purify the overwhelming volume of tainted water.  In spite of this, our RainSoft treated water consistently remained safe.

Dear RainSoft,

We wanted to write and thank you for making a quality product.  Of course we were skeptical when we signed up, but we were pleasantly surprised.  Our water tastes great, our clothes & dishes are cleaner and we use less much soap and shampoo.  We are enjoying drinking water for the first time.
